The evaporative cooling pad is a honeycomb structure and is produced by processing raw paper. The production process is probably sizing, drying, pressing corrugated, shaping, gluing, solidifying, slicing, grinding and so on. 1、 Raw Materials
The high-quality cooling pad is made of Jiamusi puree paper, which has the advantages of high water absorption, high water resistance, mildew resistance and long service life. Moreover, the evaporation is larger than the surface, and the cooling efficiency is over 80%. The high-quality cooling pad also contains no chemicals such as phenol, which is easy to make skin allergic. It is non-toxic and harmless to human body when installed and used, green, safe, energy-saving, environmentally friendly and economical.
The easiest way to evaporate the cooling pad can be judged by eye, hand touch and nose smell. Look at the corrugated pattern of the cooling pad, the corrugated lines of the high-quality cooling pad are neat and uniform; the hand is placed flat on the water curtain sheet, and the hardness is generally better than the hardness. (It is necessary to pay attention to the hardness here. It is not necessarily completely better than the hardness, because the hardness can be achieved by adjusting the proportion of red rubber. Judging the strength of the evaporative cooling pad, in addition to the hardness judgment, it can be judged by the number of the water curtain paper. Taking the 600mm wide 7090 evaporative cooling pad as an example, since the corrugation height is 7mm, the 600mm wide evaporative cooling pad is pressed. The standard calculation requires about 85 sheets, and the normal error range is ±2 sheets, which means that it is a standard between 83-87 sheets. Many manufacturers produce cut corners to reduce production costs. The actual number of sheets is ≤80 sheets. Such evaporative cooling mats have been reduced in size after a period of use, resulting in a large gap in the middle of the wet curtain wall. It is necessary to polish your eyes when evaporating the cooling pad.
The high-quality cooling pad contains no surfactant, absorbs water naturally, spreads quickly and lasts for a long time. A drop of water can be diffused in 4~5 seconds. The international industry standard water absorption is 60~70mm/5min or 200mm/1.5hour. It should be noted here that many manufacturers use recycled pulp paper to produce shoddy paper. The water absorption and service life of the paper produced by this raw material is far less than that of Jiamusi raw pulp paper.

Evaporative cooling pad models mainly have 7090, 6090, 5090, the corresponding corrugation height, that is, the honeycomb hole diameter is 7mm, 6mm, 5mm; the corrugation angle is 45 degrees + 45 degrees. Generally, the space with a large amount of dust and the environment with poor water quality is recommended to use the Model 7090. The environment with good water quality and low dust is recommended to use the Model 5090.
Evaporative cooling pads have a thickness of 10 cm, 15 cm, 20 cm, and 30 cm. The 10 cm and 15 cm series are the most widely used, and other sizes can be customized. Evaporative cooling mats are also available in a variety of colors: brown, green, yellow, black, etc., of which brown, the primary color is the most widely used.
